A fare discount of $0.50 is offered to passengers who interchange from GMB to MTR service or from MTR to GMB service within 90 minutes using the same Octopus card.

Passengers on journeys to Tai Po Market Station may board the vehicles on Tai Mei Tuk bound at the road sections of Ting Kok Road between Shuen Wan and Tai Mei Tuk for free, but passengers have to alight at the terminus at Tai Mei Tuk and join the passenger queue for re-boarding the vehicles heading to Tai Po Market Station at fare of $8.80. This arrangement is not applicable on special departures operated via Shan Liu Road.
